    • Quadricep Stretch (Standing)

      Quadricep stretch positioned standing, performing 2 stretches with each leg, holding each stretch for 20 seconds

    • Hamstring Stretch (Lying)

      Hamstring stretch positioned lying down, performing 2 stretches with each leg, holding each stretch for 20 seconds

    • Outer Hip Stretch (Standing)
